Holiday Chocolate Chip and Mini M&M's Cookies

Equipment

  • 1 Hand mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • ¾ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1⅙ stick Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 bag Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 bag Mini M&M's

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a mixing bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, with hand mixer, mix together softened butter and sugar
  • Add in eggs and vanilla extract to sugar mixture and mix together until cohesive
  • Add the flour mix to the wet ingredients and mix together slowly with hand mixer until the flour has disappeared
  • Mix in chocolate chips and M&M's
  • Let the dough sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 min
  • Lay parchment paper onto baking sheet
  • Roll dough into balls
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes depending on your oven
  • Let the cookies rest on baking rack for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
