Tie-Dye Waffles

How to make tie-dye waffles using box mix

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Easy, just add water pancake/waffle mix
  • ½ cup almond milk adjust amount for amount of mix used
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 pack food coloring at least 4 different colors
  • 4 snack size zip lock bags
  • 1 can non-stick oil

Equipment

  • Waffle maker

Method
 

  1. Heat up waffle maker and spray non-stick oil
  2. Make waffle mix according to box, but substituting milk for water
  3. Add vanilla extract
  4. Separate mix evenly in zip lock bags
  5. add 2-3 drops of one food coloring per bag
  6. Mix food coloring into mix gently, by pressing the batter around
  7. Cut one small corner off of each bag
  8. Add a little of each color to the waffle maker until you have a complete waffle
  9. Let cook for set time
  10. Once done optionally top with butter and/or syrup and enjoy
