Method
- Cook pasta according to instructions
- Season shrimp with lemon pepper seasoning
- Mince garlic and dice up vegetable
- Saute edamame, peppers and zucchini until softened
- In a separate large skillet melt butter
- Add garlic to skillet and cook for 2 minutes
- Add in red pepper flakes
- Add shrimp to butter-garlic sauce and saute for 2-3 minutes
- Once shrimp is done, turn heat to low and toss in pasta and sauteed vegetables
- Top with parsley and grated Parmesan and serve immediately
