For Salmon

Olive oil

Worcestershire sauce

Pink Himalayan salt

Black pepper
For Herb Butter

tbsp
Salted Butter
you can substitute non-salted or vegan
½
tbsp
Fresh Rosemary
diced
½
tbsp
Garlic
¼
tsp
Oregano, basil, parsley, thyme and white pepper
equal parts of each or to your liking
Instructions
Herb Butter
Soften butter to room temperature
Sautee' minced garlic in olive oil until just brown
Mix butter and garlic together in small bowl
Add in herbs to butter and mix
Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes
Salmon
Season salmon with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper
Heat up the grill to medium and apply nonstick spray
Brush herb butter onto salmon
Place on grill, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes
Turn over, brush with more butter, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
Take off grill and let sit for 5-10 minute, and then enjoy!
