Grilled Salmon

How to make a simple grilled salmon recipe

Equipment

  • gas grill

Ingredients
  

For Salmon

  • 1.5 lbs Salmon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tbsp Pink Himalayan salt
  • ¼ tbsp Black pepper

For Herb Butter

  • 8 tbsp Salted Butter you can substitute non-salted or vegan
  • ½ tbsp Fresh Rosemary diced
  • ½ tbsp Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Oregano, basil, parsley, thyme and white pepper equal parts of each or to your liking

Instructions
 

Herb Butter

  • Soften butter to room temperature
  • Sautee' minced garlic in olive oil until just brown
  • Mix butter and garlic together in small bowl
  • Add in herbs to butter and mix
  • Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes

Salmon

  • Season salmon with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper
  • Heat up the grill to medium and apply nonstick spray
  • Brush herb butter onto salmon

  • Place on grill, cover and cook for 4-5 minutes
  • Turn over, brush with more butter, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
  • Take off grill and let sit for 5-10 minute, and then enjoy!
