How to season and top a Beyond Burger

- 1 package Beyond Burger
- 1 tsp McCormicks Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning 1/4 tsp used on each side of burger
- 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup Sliced Vidalia onions
- ¼ cup Red peppers
- ½ cup Fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Slice onions and red pepper, set aside
Season and marinade one side of Beyond Burger with ¼ tsp of Hamburger seasoning and 2-3 drops of Worcestershire sauce
Heat grill pan and add 1 tbsp of olive oil
Add sliced onions and peppers and saute for 3 minutes
Place Beyond Burgers on grill pan seasoned side down
Season the other side of burger accordingly
Cook each side for 4 minutes
Saute spinach for the last minute of cooking
Toast buns and spread condiment(s) of choice
Place Beyond burger on bun with sauteed veggies and optional a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
