Beyond Burger

How to season and top a Beyond Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Beyond Burger
  • 1 tsp McCormicks Grill Mates Hamburger Seasoning 1/4 tsp used on each side of burger
  • 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup Sliced Vidalia onions
  • ¼ cup Red peppers
  • ½ cup Fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice onions and red pepper, set aside
  • Season and marinade one side of Beyond Burger with ¼ tsp of Hamburger seasoning and 2-3 drops of Worcestershire sauce
  • Heat grill pan and add 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Add sliced onions and peppers and saute for 3 minutes
  • Place Beyond Burgers on grill pan seasoned side down
  • Season the other side of burger accordingly
  • Cook each side for 4 minutes
  • Saute spinach for the last minute of cooking
  • Toast buns and spread condiment(s) of choice
  • Place Beyond burger on bun with sauteed veggies and optional a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese
  • Enjoy!
